Lazy Lachha Paratha Recipe!


Flaky, soft, layered, and crispy are the words that describe a perfectly made lachha paratha which is a famous North Indian dish and a intricacy in Kerala as well.
It is considered as a must try maida recipe but here we will be using wheat flour for good health.

So, Lets Get Started!

Take a bowl and make a dough out of aata and water. Keep sprinkling little water at a time to make a dough. 

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.














After the resting time, roll the dough to a round shape, heat the ghee to smear all over the disc , sprinkle dry aata.
Make a dough for the second time and roll out to make a thin disc.


 
Take the two edges of the dough, flip and collect all together.
 

Then, make into a spiral shape, sprinkle some dry aata


and roll out the dough gently.

Keep the tawa on medium flame.


Place the paratha on the tawa and cook the paratha on hot Tawa on both sides till the brown spots appear. Serve along with dahi/ besan curry/ pickle. 


Ingredients : (2 servings)

Wheat flour/aata - 300 grams

Ghee - 3 spoons

Water - 1/4th cup
